Terms of service

1. The service

ShotGrammar provides a library of original cinematic frames, descriptive tags and text prompts ("Content") through a web application. Some features require an account and a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One account is for one person; Studio plans include up to five seats.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

4. Licence to use Content

Free accounts may use Content for personal, non-commercial reference. Pro and Studio subscribers may use frames and prompts in commercial work, including as image-to-video input, in client presentations and in published videos. You may not resell, redistribute or offer the frames as a stock or reference library, or use them to train a competing dataset.

5. Generated output

Output you create with third-party AI models is subject to those models' terms. We do not guarantee any particular result from a prompt.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, automated bulk downloading, credential sharing or attempts to bypass plan limits.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes by email.
