Neon Lighting

Saturated magenta, cyan and red from signs and screens.

Neon Lighting example: Night Bus Stop

What it is

Neon lighting uses saturated coloured sources - signs, LED strips, holograms - often mixed in complementary pairs like magenta and cyan. It defines cyberpunk, night-city thrillers and music videos.

When to use it

Rain doubles its effect by reflecting every colour on the ground.

How to prompt it

Name the two colours and add a reflective surface: "pink and cyan neon reflected on wet asphalt".

Wide shot, a crowded futuristic street market in heavy rain, holographic signs, pink and cyan neon reflected on wet asphalt, steadicam follow.
